התפקיד כולל הובלה טכנית של מערכות מולטי-דיסציפלינריות מורכבות, החל משלב ה־Presale,  דרך הגדרת דרישות וארכיטקטורה, ועד שלבי האינטגרציה, הבדיקות והתמיכה בלקוח.

במסגרת התפקיד:

• הובלת תהליכי אפיון, תכנון ואינטגרציה של מערכות אלקטרו-אופטיות

• כתיבת מסמכי דרישות מערכת, ממשקים ותוכניות בדיקה

• השתתפות בסקרים הנדסיים מול לקוחות בארץ ובחו״ל

• ליווי שילובי מערכת, ניסויים מערכתיים, חקרי תקלה ותמיכה הנדסית

• עבודה מול ממשקים פנימיים וחיצוניים לאורך חיי הפרויקט

דרישות התפקיד:

• תואר ראשון בהנדסת אלקטרוניקה / מכונות – חובה

• לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון כמהנדס/ת מערכת במערכות מולטי-דיסציפלינריות – חובה

• ניסיון בהובלה טכנית של פרויקטים מורכבים – חובה

• ניסיון באינטגרציה מערכתית ובבדיקות אימות תכן – חובה

• ניסיון במערכות אלקטרו-אופטיות / הדמאה תרמית / בקרה / רובוטיקה / ראיית מכונה – יתרון משמעותי

• ניסיון Hands-on בעבודה עם מוצרי אלקטרו-אופטיקה / תוכנה – יתרון

• תואר שני באלקטרו-אופטיקה / הנדסת מערכת – יתרון

For a leading defense company in the Kfar Saba area, we are looking for a System Engineer.

The role includes technical leadership of complex multidisciplinary systems, starting from the Presale stage, through requirements definition and system architecture, and continuing to integration, testing, and customer support stages.

As part of the role:

• Leading specification, design, and integration processes for electro-optical systems

• Writing system requirements documents, interface documents, and test plans

• Participating in engineering design reviews with customers in Israel and abroad

• Supporting system integration, system-level testing, failure analysis, and engineering support

• Working with internal and external interfaces throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering / Mechanical Engineering – mandatory

• At least 5 years of experience as a System Engineer in multidisciplinary systems – mandatory

• Experience in the technical leadership of complex projects – mandatory

• Experience in system integration and design verification testing – mandatory

• Experience with electro-optical systems / thermal imaging / control systems / robotics / machine vision – significant advantage

• Hands-on experience with electro-optical products / software – advantage

• M.Sc. in Electro-Optics / Systems Engineering – advantage
