Role Description The System Analyst – Israel will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements, design SAP-based solutions, and support implementations for customers in the Haifa region and beyond. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business processes, performing gap analyses, translating business needs into functional specifications, and collaborating with consultants and developers to configure and test SAP solutions. The role involves troubleshooting system issues, supporting users, preparing documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of ERP processes and system performance. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Haifa, with a combination of on-site work at client or office locations and some work-from-home flexibility. The System Analyst will also participate in project meetings, assist with training activities, and help ensure solutions align with customer ERP strategies and best practices.

Qualifications

• At least 3 yers of experience as a System Analyst.
• Strong Systems Analysis and Business Analysis skills to understand, model, and optimize business processes and ERP requirements.
• Robust Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose issues, interpret data, and propose effective, sustainable solutions.
• Experience working with financial systems, MF, AS400.
• Experience working in hybrid project environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hebrew is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Prior experience in consulting, ERP implementation, or system support within large or mid-sized organizations
