Video Creator (Part-Time)

Role Description

We're looking for a hands-on, creative video creator, someone who can craft high-performing ads and elevate the speed and quality of our creative system. This is a role for a storyteller who's excited to create, iterate, test, and push creative boundaries within a gallery environment, driving audiences to action.

You're a natural storyteller who loves testing new AI tools. You enjoy bringing ideas to life visually and understand what makes an ad perform. You can analyze the data behind it, and you're excited to push the limits of what AI video can do.

What You'll Do

Create & Experiment

• Generate new ad formats using advanced AI video workflows (UGC, Cinematic, Product, Motion Graphics).
• Produce polished, high-performing marketing videos with fast turnaround.
• Produce invitation videos for gallery events and exhibitions.
• Create short-form social media content (reels).
• Explore new generative video models the moment they drop.

Edit & Enhance

• Handle post-production, motion adjustments, color, timing, pacing and polish.
• Improve creative quality while reducing production time.

Optimize & Systematize

• Build and refine creative workflows that later become automations.
• Work closely with the creative and gallery teams to shape scalable pipelines.

What You Bring

• Strong video editing skills.
• Strong storytelling abilities (marketing-oriented).
• Experience with AI Creative platforms (Weavy, ComfyUI, Flow, etc.).
• High-level English.

Must-have

• Solid experience in social/PPC ad work with performance analytics, including AI-generated projects and examples of offline video editing (Portfolio).
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and/or DaVinci Resolve (or equivalent tools).
• 3+ years of experience in video and post-production
• Strong storytelling skills.
