Position Overview-

• Senior Backend Engineer taking full technical ownership over the architecture and implementation of complex, low-latency infrastructure components running across distributed Cloud and On-Premises environments.
• Designing and developing high-performance, high-scale system services with a deep focus on multi-threaded execution, memory management, and production-level resource optimization.
• Engineering critical, bare-metal communication and security primitives that hook directly into Linux operating system internals.
• Researching and implementing low-level packet filtering and kernel-level visibility layers using cutting-edge networking tools and tracing utilities.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Pure Backend Engineering, Go (Golang), Python, Linux Internals, Low-Level Networking, Zero Trust Security, Multithreading, Micro-Segmentation, Netlink, nftables, iptables, and eBPF.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven, hands-on software development experience strictly focused on heavy Backend systems engineering (no Full-Stack orientation) – Mandatory
• Production-proven programming mastery in Go, Python, or C++ – Mandatory
• Deep, first-principles technical understanding of Linux operating systems and Linux internals – Mandatory
• Strong professional track record hailing from specialized product domains, including Cybersecurity, Networking/Telecommunications, Storage, On-Premises Infrastructure, or Developer Tools (Candidates from pure Web/E-commerce, AdTech, or Mobile app organizations will not be considered) – Mandatory
• Strong academic or technical foundation: B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a leading university/top-tier college, or alumni of an elite military technological intelligence unit (e.g., 8200, Matzov, Mamram) – Mandatory
• Demonstrated experience with low-level networking frameworks, packet routing, or kernel-level tracing subsystems (such as Netlink, nftables, iptables, or eBPF) – Highly Advantageous
