Position Overview-
- System QA Architect / Testing Lead acting as a "one-man show" to design, architect, and establish the comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) verification framework from scratch for a brand-new cloud-connected hardware sensor line.
- Taking absolute technical ownership over the quality validation of highly distributed Command & Control (C2) tactical systems, mapping test strategies across a multi-tiered architecture encompassing Web, Backend, Edge hardware, and Cloud networks.
- Leading root-cause fault isolation and complex bug investigations at the intersection of wireless hardware sensors, networking protocols, and cloud storage pipelines.
- Designing and implementing automated validation gates, CI/CD verification flows, and performance benchmarks to guarantee system reliability in life-critical homeland security operations.
- Partnering cross-functionally with Core R&D, System Architects, Embedded squads, and the QA Team Lead to align test coverage with technical deployment cycles.
- Core Domain & Ecosystem- System-Level QA, Testing Architecture, Hardware-Software Integration, Cloud-Connected Sensors, Command & Control (C2) Architectures, Linux OS, Network Communication Protocols (TCP/IP, Ports, VPNs), and CI/CD Pipeline Validation.
Requirements
- 6 years of proven professional experience in system-level software and hardware testing (System QA / System Test Engineering) – Mandatory
- Demonstrated track record operating as a Technical Lead, Senior Architect, or independent domain owner ("one-man show") establishing testing strategies from scratch – Mandatory
- Deep, first-principles technical proficiency with Linux environments, shell command lines, and system diagnostics – Mandatory
- Advanced, hands-on understanding of networking infrastructures and communication protocols (including TCP/IP routing, ports configuration, and secure VPN architectures) – Mandatory
- Robust engineering experience validating web-to-device ecosystems and Cloud integration topologies – Mandatory
- Practical experience working with physical hardware sensors, Edge nodes, or RF signal-processing receivers – Mandatory
