Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the showroom sales and operations team.
• Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
• Coach, motivate, and develop team members to maximize performance.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and continuously improve sales and service processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.
• Oversee the SELECT operation, including inventory, procurement, and logistics.
• Monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement operational improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales management (required).
• Experience in new vehicle sales and trade-in operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of financing and financial solutions.
• Bachelor's degree (advantage).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while ma
• naging multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
