Position Overview-

• Senior Backend Developer (Go) taking a front-row seat to engineer highly scalable, low-latency core platform components and distributed system services.
• Designing and implementing critical-path logic to handle heavy multi-cloud infrastructure loads, data streaming pipelines, and real-time automation algorithms.
• Collaborating with elite cloud-native infrastructure squads to enhance deep hooks into containerized topologies and cluster workloads.
• Architecting data ingestion paths and integrating advanced monitoring frameworks to drive real-time telemetry processing and visibility.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Backend Engineering, Go (Golang), Kubernetes, Distributed Systems, Multi-Cloud Infrastructure, Production Scaling, Prometheus, Grafana, and Real-Time Systems Automation.

Requirements-

• 4+ years of proven software development experience heavily focused on complex Backend architectures (open to any modern, robust programming background provided there is a willingness to specialize in Go) – Mandatory
• Demonstrated background coming from top-tier high-tech companies or elite technological military units (e.g., 8200, Matzov, Mamram) – Mandatory
• Strong academic foundation with a B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent from a leading university or prominent technological college – Mandatory
• Practical, first-principles understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native topologies – Mandatory
• Technical familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes), multi-cloud environments, or core monitoring ecosystems (Prometheus/Grafana) – High Advantage
