AI Software Architect

Position Overview

• Director of Software Engineering & AI Innovation joining the senior R&D leadership matrix, reporting directly to the VP of R&D.
• Heading a specialized engineering cell tasked with defining the organization’s long-term software architecture and technical roadmap.
• Serving as the ultimate authority for AI integration within the R&D division, systematically embedding generative AI tools, LLM workflows, and intelligent coding copilots directly into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Driving engineering excellence, code quality benchmarks, and advanced DevOps/SDLC methodologies across global development cells to accelerate time-to-market.
• Combining high-level structural system architecture with hands-on technical guidance and people management to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Software Architecture, GenAI/Agentic AI R&D Integration, Deep-Tech Motion Control, Real-Time / Embedded Systems, SDLC Optimization, Advanced DevOps Pipelines, Engineering Excellence, and Technical Leadership.

Requirements

• Academic Background: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related exact science discipline – Mandatory
• 10+ years of deep professional experience in software engineering, design, and distributed/system architecture – Mandatory
• 5+ years of proven engineering management experience (such as Team Lead, Architect Lead, or Development Manager), with a track record of driving technical initiatives – Mandatory
• Robust technical background working with Embedded systems and/or deterministic Real-Time architectures – Mandatory
• Direct, practical experience architecting, evaluating, and adopting AI/GenAI tools or incorporating intelligent frameworks into corporate software workflows – Mandatory
• First-principles mastery of modern software architecture, object-oriented/functional paradigms, and structural system patterns – Mandatory
• Thorough comprehension of modern SDLC automation, continuous integration models (CI/CD), and DevOps ecosystems – Mandatory
