Position Overview

• Full-Stack Software Team Lead heading a dynamic, cross-functional engineering cell responsible for the architecture, development, and end-to-end (E2E) delivery of high-performance web applications and automated data pipelines.
• Combining strategic technical leadership with high-impact system design, guiding developers across both server-side architectures and rich, responsive client-side interfaces.
• Partnering closely with Data Science and Applied AI squads to seamlessly integrate complex LLM agents, contextual inference layers, and unstructured text analytics into the core production ecosystem.
• Driving robust software engineering best practices, leading architectural reviews, and establishing critical performance, scalability, and code optimization benchmarks.
• Cultivating a highly collaborative, proactive team culture defined by a deep sense of product ownership, technical mentorship, and mission-driven execution.
• Core Stack & Ecosystem- Python, Full-Stack Architecture, Front-End Frameworks (React/Vue/Angular), Back-End Microservices, Generative AI / LLM Integration, EHR/EMR System Data Flows, Cloud Infrastructures, and Distributed Web Systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of deep, professional hands-on software development experience utilizing Python to build production-grade, distributed architectures – Mandatory
• Proven background operating as a Technical Team Lead or engineering manager, with a demonstrated track record of leading multi-disciplinary software squads and driving complex projects to production – Mandatory
• Extensive, versatile mastery across both Front-End and Back-End development, with a strong emphasis on engineering fast, responsive, and data-dense web systems – Mandatory
• Practical experience or strong technical comprehension collaborating with data scientists to productize AI frameworks, NLP components, or LLM-driven features – Significant Advantage
• Outstanding critical thinking, analytical debugging, and system-level performance tuning capabilities – Mandatory
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive approach to product lifecycle ownership and a passion for driving meaningful impact within the digital health sector – Mandatory
