Financial Controller

Controller | Full-Time | Sharon Area

A leading and stable company is looking for a Controller to join its finance team.

📍 Location: Kibbutz Eyal (near Kfar Saba)

The company is expected to relocate to the Caesarea Industrial Park in 2028.

🏢 Full-time | 5 days a week from the office

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Budget planning, financial control, and complex financial analysis.
• Working closely with accounting teams and external auditors.
• Tax reporting and coordination with authorities.
• Billing and financial management with customers.
• Supporting senior management with financial insights and process improvements.
• Preparing presentations for management and Board meetings.
• Company secretary responsibilities and support for contracts in collaboration with external legal counsel.

Requirements:

• CPA with at least 3 years of experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or in a similar finance role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and labor laws.
• High analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate with senior management.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain environments – an advantage.
