Product Test Engineer

Position Overview-

• Senior IC Product / Test Engineer joining a core engineering division to own the end-to-end (E2E) validation, testing infrastructure, and yield optimization of advanced mixed-signal integrated circuits (ICs).
• Driving technical deliverables across a multidisciplinary nexus of hardware design, embedded software pipelines, and heavy data analytics spanning from early silicon characterization to high-volume manufacturing (HVM).
• Developing, implementing, and optimizing complex automated test methods and test programs for high-speed connectivity devices and mixed-signal systems.
• Architecting and defining production hardware infrastructures, including high-precision probe cards and structural load boards.
• Conducting exhaustive yield analysis and applying statistical data tools to continuously improve manufacturing quality, optimize test times, and perform deep-dive debugging of systemic silicon anomalies.
• Leading DFx (Design for Test / Design for Manufacturing) requirement definition, partnering cross-functionally with VLSI Design, Architecture, Operations, and Quality assurance cells.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Semiconductor Manufacturing Flow (Fab, Assembly, Test), Automated Test Equipment (ATE - Advantest 93K / Teradyne UltraFLEX), Mixed-Signal IC Testing, Data Analysis & Statistical Tools, High-Speed SerDes, DFT/DFM/DFx, Probe Cards, Load Boards, and Yield Optimization.

Requirements-

• Academic Background: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent exact science discipline from a recognized academic institution – Mandatory
• 3+ years of proven professional experience operating as a Test Engineer or Product Engineer within the semiconductor/fabless industry – Mandatory
• Deep technical comprehension of electronic circuits and mixed-signal system architectures – Mandatory
• Solid hands-on experience utilizing data analysis and statistical methodologies/tools to isolate bugs and drive silicon yield improvements – Mandatory
• Thorough professional familiarity with the comprehensive semiconductor manufacturing lifecycle (including fabrication, packaging/assembly, and mass testing flows) – Mandatory
• Strong engineering background or explicit technical familiarity with high-speed SerDes architectures or high-frequency protocols – Mandatory
• Direct, practical experience working with enterprise ATE platforms (such as Advantest V93000 or Teradyne J750/UltraFLEX) – Significant Advantage
• Practical knowledge and application of advanced DFT, DFM, and DFx methodologies – Significant Advantage
• Prior background operating within rigorous, high-volume manufacturing (HVM) production environments – Significant Advantage
