Role Description The Full Stack Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Herzliya, responsible for leading a development team that builds and maintains web applications supporting Made4net’s supply chain solutions. This role includes designing and implementing front-end and back-end features, reviewing code, setting development standards, and ensuring high-quality, scalable software delivery. The Team Lead collaborates closely with product managers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to refine requirements, plan sprints, and prioritize tasks. Daily activities involve mentoring team members, troubleshooting complex technical issues, improving system performance, and contributing to architectural decisions. The role also requires proactive communication, ownership of deliverables, and continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Responsibilities:

• Lead developer of new user-facing features using React.js and dot net Core. Deep Knowledge on .Net backend is a MUST.

• Oversee interactions with the API gateway back-end layer based on .Net Core.

• Experience of dot net 4.8 and dot net Core – preferable someone who migrated dot net applications to dot net core applications. Familiar with backend infra backend such as Entity framework

• familiar with Web API , Dot Net Core ASP or modern backend for front end framework (BFF)

• Build reusable react components and front-end libraries for future use.

• Translate designs and wire frames into high-quality code.

• Collaborate with the team to solve complex problems with sophisticated design.

• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and 

improvement.

• Capable of managing team missions.

• Be the go-to person for all team issues / challenges

• can actively guide and support the teams with their day-to-day activities independently

• Work closely with VP R&D and Architect to align architecture principles and translate to execution

• Need react experience to a dot net backend architecture.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a developer, with expertise in deploying large-scale production .Net Core and React applications and CI/CD processes.

• 3+ years in leading a team.

• Experience with unit testing frameworks like Cypress / Python / Selenium and end-to-end testing tools like Cypress.

• .Net Core services layers: Restful API controllers, Swagger 

• Databases: MS SQL , Postgres, Entity framework

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and React.js, including its core principles.

• Proven experience in leading large-scale projects and migrating legacy systems to modern frameworks.

• Experience with popular React.js libraries (e.g., Next.js, Redux, React Router, Axios, React Hook Form, Tailwind CSS/Emotion, Jest, Cypress, Yup, D3.js, react-i18next, Moment.js).

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, Open ID Connect).

• Knowledge of modern front-end pipelines and tools.

• Monorepo experience with infrastructure modules management and BFF layer. (Advantege)
