Senior Bookkeeper

A stable and growing global company is seeking a professional and experienced Bookkeeper to join our Finance team.

Job Description

• Full-charge bookkeeping through trial balance and financial statement preparation.
• Daily work with SAP Business One.
• Processing vendor and customer invoices.
• Executing payments and managing ongoing communication with banks.
• Bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Preparing supporting documentation for periodic financial reports and coordinating with external auditors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-charge bookkeeping through trial balance – Required.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business One – Required.
• Experience in processing payments and working with banks – Required.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Residence in the Central District of Israel (company located in Tel Aviv) – Required.
• High level of English proficiency (spoken, written, and reading).

Position Details

• Full-time position: Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 - 18:00.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Friday shift rotation: one Friday per month, in place of Sunday.
