Integration Group Manager

An established aerospace and defense technology corporation that designs, manufactures, and markets next-generation electronic warfare (EW), signal intelligence (SIGINT), and advanced defense systems for military and security organizations worldwide.

Position Overview-

• Integration Group Manager leading the core Integration, ATE, and System Delivery division within the R&D department, reporting directly to higher R&D leadership.
• Managing a multi-tiered leadership structure encompassing two distinct Multi-Disciplinary Integration squads and a dedicated ATE (Automated Test Equipment) engineering team.
• Directing the end-to-end (E2E) architecture, planning, and deployment of complex hardware-software test automation environments, component calibration pipelines, and customer-facing deployment applications.
• Spearheading complex system-level hardware/software root-cause fault analysis, continuous regression architectures, proof-of-concept (POC) validations, and high-stakes field testing operations to verify tactical performance.
• Bridging the gap between R&D and Manufacturing operations, driving New Product Introduction (NPI) cycles, assembly portfolios, and enterprise manufacturing hand-offs.
• Core Domain & Ecosystem- Electronic Warfare (EW), RF Engineering (TX/RX Chains), Multi-Disciplinary Systems Integration, ATE Development, RF Laboratory Test Equipment (Spectrum Analyzers, Vector Network Analyzers), Analog & Digital PCB Testing, Production Documentation (BOM, Wiring Diagrams), NPI, and Field Testing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven professional experience deeply focused on the testing, validation, and integration of complex, multi-disciplinary software-hardware systems – Mandatory
• 4+ years of proven experience in an engineering management capacity (such as Team Lead or Group Manager), with a track record of leading technical leaders or multi-disciplinary squads – Mandatory
• Deep theoretical and practical comprehension of RF engineering foundations, including transmission (TX) and reception (RX) signal chains – Mandatory
• Hands-on expertise with calibration and testing algorithms, paired with comprehensive mastery of advanced laboratory instrumentation, with a strict emphasis on RF test equipment – Mandatory
• Proven background validating and troubleshooting complex electronic circuit boards (both analog and digital layouts) – Mandatory
• Robust experience executing NPI processes, transforming R&D prototypes into serial production units (overseeing wiring diagrams, assembly portfolios, manufacturing specs, and ATP documentation) – Mandatory
• Direct, practical experience designing and developing Automated Test Equipment (ATE) or automated test suites – Mandatory
• Broad systemic vision, creative troubleshooting mechanics, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills alongside hardware, software, and operational stakeholders – Mandatory
