Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Financial Analyst role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Financial Analyst will support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities, providing insights to leadership on business performance and profitability.

Daily responsibilities include preparing financial reports, management reports, and dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators across product lines and global operations, and performing profitability analyses for commercial transactions and business opportunities. The role also involves monitoring payments to manufacturing partners, overseeing inventory control and analysis, and supporting decision-making for new collaborations and licensing opportunities.

Requirments

• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Residence in the Central District of Israel (company located in Tel Aviv) – Required.
• High level of English proficiency (spoken, written, and reading).
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business One is a significant advantage.
• Experience in processing payments and working with banks is a significant advantage.
• Strong foundation in Finance and understanding of core financial concepts and practices.
• Experience with Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Proficiency in working with Financial Statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Ability to prepare and interpret Financial Reporting for management and stakeholders.
• Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, actionable insights.
• High level of proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools; experience with BI systems is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, international environment.
• Experience in consumer products, gaming, entertainment, or merchandising industries is an advantage.

Position Details

• Full-time position: Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 - 18:00.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Friday shift rotation: one Friday per month, in place of Sunday.
