DevOps Team Lead

The company specializes in developing groundbreaking diagnostic technologies that allow clinical teams to monitor and diagnose sleep disorders completely sensor-free, eliminating the need for traditional, intrusive sleep laboratories.

Position Overview-

• DevOps Team Lead managing a highly skilled squad of 4 DevOps engineers, reporting directly to the Director of Infrastructure.
• Maintaining a balanced leadership split with over 50% Hands-On (HO) execution, directly designing architecture and implementing infrastructure patterns.
• Driving the scale, automation, and reliability of the company's multi-tenant cloud systems to support medical data processing at a global scale.
• Architecting resilient, secure, and compliant continuous deployment pipelines, ensuring zero-downtime releases for mission-critical digital health applications.
• Core Stack & Ecosystem- AWS, Terraform (IaC), Kubernetes, CI/CD Pipelines, Linux Internals, Automation Scripting, High-Availability Systems, and Medical Device Regulatory Standards (e.g., HIPAA compliance considerations).

Requirements-

• 2 years of proven professional experience in an engineering leadership capacity, directly managing DevOps teams – Mandatory
• 7 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer working with complex, production-grade architectures – Mandatory
• Extensive, production-proven mastery of the AWS ecosystem – Mandatory
• Strong technical background working closely with Linux environments, including shell scripting and OS-level configurations – Mandatory
• Practical experience designing infrastructure-as-code with Terraform and orchestrating containerized environments with Kubernetes – Mandatory
