Healthcare Assistant with Business Experience

From Mixiii 2026, I have more potential major finance business, including NASDAQ IPOs and private placements, than I can handle as a two-person shop.

I am looking for one or two interns, who can work without salary, and who are willing to work, as I do, for success fees. The standard success fees are 5% of the money we raise, which varies from $5-100 million. The intern who will help me will garner one-quarter of the success fees.

The requirements for the intern are:

·    Experience in healthcare and business;

·    Willing to understand and learn  innovative, one-of-a-kind technical healthcare concepts;

·    Being fluent in Hebrew is very helpful and not essential;

·    Being comfortable and experienced in the standard Productivity Apps and, essential AI Apps like Gemini and Claude;

·    Being comfortable to work hard in small teams;

·    Being a “people person”, i.e., being an extrovert and and courteous.
