Facilities Management Specialist

Facilities Operations Centre (FOC) Engineer | Remote (Israel) | 6 Months (Initially) | M&E Infrastructure and Incident Management | Data Centre Facilities

We're looking for an experienced FOC Engineer (contract) to support the operations of a large-scale data centre environment. This is a facilities-focused role, managing the operation of critical building infrastructure. You'll be responsible for mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, ensuring they are maintained, compliant and operating efficiently.

You'll manage day-to-day facilities operations, including incidents, maintenance, change management and vendor coordination. You'll also support audits and disaster recovery testing, ensuring compliance with data centre standards is maintained. Involvement in infrastructure improvement projects will also be required, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. This is a remote role, with a requirement to travel to data centre sites when needed.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage data centre incidents, maintenance and change requests.
• Support critical M&E infrastructure and facilities operations.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and audits.
• Coordinate vendors and key stakeholders.
• Deliver operational improvements and infrastructure projects.

Key skills:

• 5+ years' experience in Data Centre Operations
• Strong knowledge of data centre mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems.
• Experience in data centre operations.
• Knowledge of compliance, risk management and audit processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
