Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Architect or Engineer to join our team as a Client Manager.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and our engineering and design teams, leading the professional and operational relationship throughout the project lifecycle.

The position combines client relationship management, process leadership, cross-functional coordination, and the development of long-term partnerships with leading engineering, architecture, and construction companies in Israel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing relationships with company clients.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their business and professional needs.
• Coordinate and manage collaboration between clients and internal teams.
• Define project tasks, priorities, and schedules.
• Monitor project execution and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to expand collaboration with existing and new clients.
• Support the onboarding of new projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in architectural design, engineering, or the construction industry in Israel.
• Practical experience as an architect, structural engineer, MEP engineer, infrastructure engineer, or another engineering professional.
• Strong understanding of design and construction processes, multidisciplinary project coordination, and the Israeli construction market.
• Experience leading teams, managing employees, or coordinating multidisciplinary teams – a significant advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
• High level of personal responsibility, independence, and leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills.
• Fluent Hebrew.
• Fluent English skills for client communication, meetings, and professional documentation.
• Russian – an advantage.
• Experience with Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, or similar engineering software – an advantage.
