Senior DevOps Architect

We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior DevOps Architect for a complex CI/CD transformation project involving cloud-hosted source control, on-prem infrastructure, air-gapped environments, Windows build systems, and Hardware-in-the-Loop validation labs.

This is a hybrid engagement with regular onsite presence in Herzliya, typically 1–2 days per week, with the remaining time remote.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead technical discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops

• Assess existing CI/CD processes, tools, and infrastructure

• Review GitHub Enterprise Cloud / Server, Jenkins, and GitLab CI implementations

• Assess Windows build infrastructure and HIL environments

• Evaluate artifact, dependency, signing, and release processes

• Define the target CI/CD architecture

• Create an implementation roadmap and migration strategy

• Provide architectural guidance, design reviews, and technical governance during implementation

We’re looking for someone with experience in:

• Enterprise-scale CI/CD architecture

• GitHub Enterprise Cloud and/or GitHub Enterprise Server

• Jenkins and GitLab CI

• Windows build infrastructure and automation

• Infrastructure-as-Code and configuration management

• Artifact and dependency management platforms

• Air-gapped or highly regulated environments

• Hybrid cloud and on-premises architectures

• Release engineering and software supply chain practices

Nice to have:

• Embedded software or firmware delivery experience

• Hardware-in-the-Loop testing environments

• Semiconductor, defense, aerospace, automotive, or industrial systems background

• Secure software delivery and code-signing workflows

This role is a good fit for a hands-on architect who can work with engineering, validation, infrastructure, security, and management teams, lead workshops independently, and translate business requirements into clear architecture decisions.
