Project Management Officer (10268)

ynet Integrated Projects is looking for a PMO

Bynet Integrated Projects, a subsidiary of Bynet Communications, specializes in the initiation, planning, management, and execution of large-scale technology and infrastructure projects of national importance, across sectors including defense, transportation, smart campuses, and more.

The role includes responsibility for managing and controlling project schedules (Gantt charts) in large-scale technology infrastructure projects, while working closely with Program Managers on strategic projects in all aspects of planning and control.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the management of large and complex IT projects.
• Planning, monitoring, and updating project schedules.
• Preparing status reports and tracking project progress.
• Identifying, analyzing, and reporting project risks and deviations.
• Managing and controlling project documentation.
• Working closely with Program Managers and various professional stakeholders.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a PMO role - MUST
• Experience working with MS Project and managing complex project schedules (Gantt charts)- MUST
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or equivalent professional experience.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure projects – an advantage.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.
