Role Overview:

• We are looking for a Mid to Senior DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, independent, fast-moving, and capable of taking ownership of infrastructure work from planning to delivery.
• You should be comfortable working across cloud environments, on-prem environments, Kubernetes, Helm charts, GitOps, CI/CD, monitoring, Linux systems, and infrastructure automation.
• You will help build, maintain, and improve the infrastructure that supports critical blockchain access systems. This includes deployment workflows, Kubernetes environments, observability, automation, infrastructure configuration, and developer-facing operational tooling.
• This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who can move quickly, work independently, and lead infrastructure execution without needing constant guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain reliable infrastructure for production and internal environments.
• Own Kubernetes-based environments, including deployments, Helm charts, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, GitOps flows, and release automation.
• Manage infrastructure across cloud (AWS, GCP), on-prem, VM-based, and additional compute environments.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, dashboards, logs, and visibility using tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Alertmanager, and similar.
• Write scripts and automation to reduce manual work and improve operational speed.
• Work closely with engineering teams to improve deployment quality, system observability, and developer workflows.
• Manage Linux servers, runtime environments, configuration, permissions, services, logs, and operational tooling.
• Improve infrastructure reliability, maintainability, automation, and production readiness.
• Support infrastructure security best practices, including access control, secrets management, and secure configuration.
• Take ownership of infrastructure tasks from definition to delivery.
• Make practical technical decisions and lead infrastructure execution when needed.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and deliver infrastructure tasks quickly.
• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, SRE, or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Strong experience with Helm charts and Kubernetes deployment workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD systems and GitOps practices.
• Strong Linux knowledge and ability to work confidently with servers, services, processes, permissions, logs, and system resources.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or similar.
• Experience working with on-prem, VM-based, or additional compute environments.
• Good scripting skills in Bash, Python, Go, or similar.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Alertmanager, or similar.
• Strong ownership mindset and high execution speed.
• Good communication skills and ability to work closely with developers.
• Ability to organize infrastructure work, make practical decisions, and lead execution when needed.
