Focused on targeted prospecting, outbound email campaigns, lead follow-up, and booking demo meetings for the Sales team. HubSpot will be the main execution platform.
About the Role
Elspec is looking for a hands-on Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to join our Marketing team.
The main goal of this role is to identify relevant prospects, run targeted outbound email campaigns, follow up with engaged leads, and schedule demo meetings for the Sales team.
This is a marketing-owned role, working closely with the MarCom Manager and the Sales team. HubSpot will be used as the main platform for managing campaigns, email sequences, workflows, lead tracking, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and build targeted lead lists based on defined marketing segments, industries, regions, and customer profiles.
- Use lead databases, LinkedIn, web research, and other tools to identify relevant prospects.
- Create and run outbound email campaigns in HubSpot.
- Write multi-touch email sequences, typically 6–10 emails per campaign.
- Monitor campaign engagement, including opens, clicks, replies, and bounces.
- Respond to prospect replies and follow up with engaged leads.
- Call relevant prospects when needed to create engagement and move them toward a demo meeting.
- Schedule demo meetings directly in the Sales team’s calendar.
- Maintain accurate lead, campaign, and interaction records in HubSpot.
- Provide regular updates on outbound activity and demo meetings scheduled.
Requirements
- 2 + years of experience in outbound lead generation, SDR/BDR activity, email campaigns, or demand generation.
- Proven ability to research prospects and build targeted lead lists.
- Experience writing business emails or outbound sequences.
- Comfortable following up with prospects by email and phone.
- Strong written and verbal English.
- Experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, or another CRM / marketing automation platform.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working toward measurable targets.
- Ability to work closely with Marketing and Sales teams.
- Comfortable working in a technical B2B environment.
Advantages

- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or lead databases.
- Experience booking demo meetings or sales meetings.
Success Measurement
Success in this role will be measured by primary KPI:
The number of demo meetings scheduled for the Sales team.
Reporting Line
The Outbound Lead Generation Specialist will report to the MarCom Manager and work closely with the Sales team.
