Position Overview-

• Senior Backend Engineer joining the core product division to design, implement, and optimize distributed server-side components and data integration layers from end to end (E2E).
• Architecting resilient microservices capable of processing high-velocity, high-throughput enterprise data streams under strict low-latency constraints.
• Driving core system architecture choices, refactoring internal execution blocks, and building highly scalable foundational components.
• Leading infrastructure-as-code deployments and optimizing multi-tenant cloud networks to support seamless product orchestration and high platform availability.
• Core Stack & Ecosystem- Golang, Microservices Architecture, Cloud Computing (GCP/AWS), Kubernetes, Relational/Non-Relational Databases, High-Throughput Message Queues, and Modern CI/CD Frameworks.

Requirements-

• Academic/Military Background: B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related exact science discipline from a top-tier university/college, OR an equivalent technological background from an elite military intelligence unit – Mandatory
• 5+ years of proven professional experience deeply focused on backend software engineering within established, highly-regarded technology companies or fast-scaling startups – Mandatory
• Production-proven development mastery in at least one major backend language: Golang, Python, Java, or C# – Mandatory
• Practical, hands-on experience designing and operating within modern cloud environments (GCP preferred, or AWS) – Mandatory
• Strong technical background working with containerized orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker), event-driven architectures, and asynchronous messaging pipelines – Significant Advantage
