We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Luxury Travel & Concierge Coordinator who shares our enthusiasm for exceptional experiences. Working closely with our Luxury Travel Advisors and CEO, you'll be instrumental in crafting and coordinating extraordinary journeys while ensuring seamless concierge support.

• Research and evaluate luxury properties and destinations to maintain our high standards
• Manage bookings through GDS and travel systems
• Coordinate with prestigious hotels and partners worldwide
• Handle client communications with utmost professionalism
• Arrange bespoke concierge services (restaurant reservations, special experiences, transfers)
• Ensure meticulous attention to every travel and concierge detail
• Support our Luxury Travel Advisors in creating flawless itineraries

• Outstanding written and verbal communication in Hebrew and English
• Strong research capabilities

• Experience with GDS and travel booking systems (training provided)
• Background in luxury hospitality or travel (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Understanding of luxury service standards
