Position Overview

• QA & Automation Lead serving as the ultimate quality authority for the entire product portfolio, establishing end-to-end (E2E) testing strategies from scratch.
• Operating initially as a highly strategic, Hands-On solo function with the long-term vision and path to recruit, build, and lead a dedicated quality engineering team as the company scales.
• Designing and executing comprehensive Black-Box and White-Box testing methodologies across a complex hardware-software integrated ecosystem that spans cloud networks, web interfaces, backend microservices, and edge computing units deployed on industrial machinery.
• Architecting, scaling, and maintaining robust automation frameworks using Python, while seamlessly integrating quality gates and regression pipelines into modern CI/CD lifecycles.
• Partnering cross-functionally with Core Software, AI, Data Science, Product, and DevOps squads to champion continuous quality benchmarks and leverage AI-driven tools to optimize testing efficiency.
• Core Stack & Ecosystem- Python, Pytest, Manual & Automated QA Methodologies, CI/CD Integration, Quality Gates, Black-Box & White-Box Testing, Web & Backend APIs, Cloud Infrastructure, Edge Computing, and Distributed Systems.

Requirements-

• Significant, proven professional experience executing comprehensive Quality Assurance architectures for complex, data-heavy, or multi-layered software products – Mandatory
• Demonstrated leadership capability, with a background managing QA teams, heading quality initiatives, or driving organizational QA processes – Mandatory
• Deep, hands-on mastery of Python along with advanced automated testing frameworks (e.g., Pytest) – Mandatory
• Balanced expertise combining high-level automated architecture design with meticulous manual testing workflows, test plan creation, and deep-dive troubleshooting – Mandatory
• Solid technical experience validating complex web applications, backend services, distributed systems, or API layers – Mandatory
• Prior experience testing hardware-software integration, cloud-to-edge communication protocols, or IoT/sensor-driven systems – Significant Advantage
