Senior Software Engineer

This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join a strong engineering team in Yokneam and develop innovative software solutions in C++ and C# for advanced medical systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative software solutions in C++ and C# for advanced medical device products.
• Design and implement complex software components and algorithms for high-performance diagnostic systems.
• Develop algorithmic software in a multi-threaded environment, with emphasis on performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Work on complex data structures, system-level logic, and performance-sensitive software components.
• Perform debugging, performance tuning, optimization, and root-cause analysis for complex software and algorithmic issues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver robust software for regulated medical device products.

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of software development experience, mainly in C++
• Strong expertise in Modern C++ 11/14/17, STL, and Object-Oriented Design
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex algorithms and data structures for high-performance systems
• Extensive experience developing multi-threaded and concurrent systems, including synchronization and performance optimization
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and software development best practice
• Experience with performance tuning, debugging, and solving complex system-level or algorithmic issues
