Position Overview

• Backend Team Lead heading a core engineering cell of 5 developers, with substantial team growth projected.
• Maintaining a balanced leadership profile combining technical management with significant Hands-On contribution, transitioning toward strategic leadership as the squad expands.
• Owning the lifecycle of high-availability backend microservices running in production under extreme scale and continuous user concurrency.
• Architecting efficient server-side features, optimizing distributed data layers, and driving rigorous software engineering best practices within the team.
• Core Stack & Ecosystem- C# (.NET Core), NoSQL & Relational Databases (MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL), AWS Cloud Infrastructure, High-Scale Web Services, and RESTful APIs.

Requirements

• Academic/Military Background: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technological background / graduate of an elite military technology unit – Mandatory
• 1+ years of proven professional experience in a Team Lead or engineering management capacity – Mandatory
• Extensive, production-proven development mastery in C# (.NET) architectures – Mandatory
• Hands-on development experience with at least one additional modern backend ecosystem such as Python, Go, or Node.js – Mandatory
• Proven background managing low-latency databases, caching layers, and scalable cloud systems (AWS) – Mandatory
