We're a fast-growing sweepstakes casino platform and we're looking for a sharp, self-driven

Compliance Officer to own our regulatory program from the ground up.

This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of legal, product, and operations. It comes with real ownership, not a long approval chain.

This role requires flexibility to collaborate across time zones, including regular availability

outside standard Florida business hours.

 What you'll own

• Sweepstakes compliance across all US states — Official Rules, NPNP mechanics,

AMOE requirements, and prize registration/bonding where required

• AML/KYC program management, including SAR escalation and coordination with

payment and identity verification providers

• Responsible gaming framework — self-exclusion, cooling-off mechanisms, and

compliance with insurance-related RG requirements

• Regulatory monitoring — tracking state law changes and advising leadership before they

become problems

• Marketing and promotional review — every campaign clears compliance before it goes

live

• Jurisdiction expansion — you'll be the authority on where we can grow and what it takes

to get there

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact with external legal counsel, coordinating on

regulatory matters, promotional approvals, and any enforcement-related issues

 You're a strong fit if you have

• 5+ years in compliance, legal, or regulatory affairs in online gaming, sweepstakes,

fintech, or a similar regulated space

• Solid command of US sweepstakes law and the legal line between sweepstakes,

contests, and games of chance

• Hands-on AML/KYC experience

• The ability to write clear, enforceable policies and explain them to a product team

without a law degree

• Comfort operating in a lean, fast-moving environment where you set the structure

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must - Daily collaboration with

Product, Payments & Fraud, Support, and VIP teams

Bonus points for: familiarity with social casino / sweepstakes coin models, CCPA/GDPR,

responsible gaming certifications, or prior work with large-prize state bond filings
