Position Overview

• Senior Backend & Systems Engineer joining a core R&D squad to design, optimize, and scale low-latency distributed networks and infrastructure management platforms.
• Architecting and implementing high-performance high-level systems, data pipelines, and orchestration layers that interface with deep-tech network protocols.
• Transitioning and scaling core software components utilizing modern, highly efficient ecosystems like Rust and Python to manage massive telemetry and network loads.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional infrastructure and product cells to drive greenfield feature development and ensure extreme platform reliability.
• Core Stack & Ecosystem- Rust, Python, C++, Linux Systems, Distributed Network Architecture, High-Level Software Engineering, and High-Throughput Infrastructure.

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven professional software engineering experience deeply focused on building complex backend architectures or distributed systems – Mandatory
• Production-proven development proficiency in C++ – Mandatory
• Extensive hands-on programming mastery in Python – Mandatory
• Demonstrated track record designing and developing High-Level systems, application layers, or robust microservices – Mandatory
• Strong technical engineering foundations operating within Linux environments – Mandatory
• Prior professional experience or a strong technical drive to develop in Rust – Significant Advantage
