Position Overview-

• Software Engineering Lead (Endpoint Sensor) heading the core engineering cell responsible for the "brain at the edge" the company's cross-platform endpoint agent that operates natively across Windows, macOS, and Linux ecosystems.
• Maintaining a balanced leadership profile combining cross-functional technical management of four senior engineers with Hands-on ownership of critical, high-performance execution blocks.
• Driving rigorous architectural decisions to guarantee absolute stability, ultra-low resource utilization (memory/CPU footprint), and exceptional reliability across diverse production environments.
• Establishing high code-quality benchmarks, advanced multi-platform automated testing standards, and robust continuous integration procedures.
• Core Stack & Ecosystem- Go (Golang), Cross-Platform OS Internals (Windows, macOS, Linux), Endpoint Sensor Architecture, Device Posture Management (DPM), System-Level Programming, High-Throughput Diagnostics, and Low-Footprint Agents.

Requirements

• 1 years of proven professional experience in a Team Lead or engineering management capacity, directing highly technical software developers – Mandatory
• 5 years of hands-on software development experience specializing in Go, Rust, or C/C++ – Mandatory
• Extensive technical familiarity with multi-platform systems programming, including Windows, Linux, or macOS internals (processes, memory mapping, or native system APIs) – Mandatory
• Demonstrated background building high-level system components, structured backend microservices, or complex application logic – Mandatory
• Proven capability to design software with strict constraints regarding performance, threading, stability, and runtime efficiency – Mandatory
