Role Description The Post Production Producer is a full-time, on-site role based in Israel, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end post-production process for podcasts and related media content. Day-to-day tasks include managing editing workflows, coordinating with editors, sound designers, and hosts, and ensuring timely delivery of episodes according to production schedules. The role involves supervising audio quality, implementing feedback from stakeholders, and maintaining consistency in style, branding, and technical standards. The Post Production Producer will collaborate closely with the production team to plan releases, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes from recording through final publication. This position also includes organizing project assets, tracking progress, and contributing to continuous improvement of post-production practices.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Post-Production and Video Post-Production, with emphasis on audio workflows for podcasts and digital media.
• Experience in TV Production and Video Production, including coordinating production timelines and managing multi-stage projects.
• Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, such as organizing tasks, prioritizing deadlines, and communicating clearly with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with common audio and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, Pro Tools, or similar), and familiarity with file management and version control.
• Attention to detail, ability to maintain high quality standards under tight deadlines, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Relevant education or training in media production, communications, or a related field is an advantage; prior experience in podcast or broadcast production is highly beneficial.
