About the Responsibilities of the role
- Develop and maintain customer resources for energy storage business, promote the company’s advantageous resources, and fulfill sales targets for energy storage products and projects
- Formulate and implement detailed market development plans in accordance with established sales targets and market expansion strategies to achieve sales goals
- Support the planning and execution of overseas marketing campaigns, including exhibitions, technical training seminars and customer appreciation events
- Establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships with key customers in the assigned regions/projects, and sustain lasting partnerships between customers and the company through high-quality service and professional expertise
- Collect, analyze and feed back information of target markets, including data on products & solutions, competitors and overall market trends, and build market information archives
- Conduct regular customer visits, gather customer feedback on products and services and timely report it to the company to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Secure orders and conduct order processing and risk control: develop potential customers to convert intentions into formal orders; perform risk assessment and control during order negotiations; follow up payment collection and debt recovery for orders within the territory
Qualifications of your profile
- Educational requirements: Bachelor's degree or above,Majors in Marketing Management , Electrical Engineering,power system or Mechatronics preferred
- Knowledge requirements: Familiar with overseas energy storage marketing management policies and processes; well-versed in national and company regulations, systems, and procedures on contract management; proficient in knowledge related to overseas energy storage industry information
- Experience requirement: at least 3 years or above of sales experience in overseas energy storage industry of Israel ; Possess experience of successful sales cases and solid sales achievements in previous work;Priority given to large-scale energy storage and industrial and commercial energy storage;
- Ability requirements: Excellent overseas energy storage customer development capability with rich customer and project resources; Familiar with overseas energy storage market characteristics; strong organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills; Fluent in English, capable of conducting business communication;
- Industry requirements:Priority given to energy storage, wind power and power electronics industries
- Product Requirements:Energy storage integrated system, wind power inverter, PCS, photovoltaic inverter and battery system related
- Other requirements: Integrity, honesty, and reliability
