GIS Technical Leader

Systematics is seeking a GIS Technical leader to represent its solutions at a major defense client site. This role involves full responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and advancement of GIS systems, while maintaining close collaboration with Systematics’ internal experts and driving business and technological value within the client organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate ArcGIS-based systems (Pro, Server, Portal) on a daily basis.
• Lead and promote the adoption of new GIS technologies across the organization.
• Administer GIS Portals environments (cloud and/or on-prem), including publishing map services (Map Services, Cached Maps).
• Develop and maintain maps and geographic applications using Experience Builder.
• Develop and maintain reports using SSRS.
• Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting.
• Perform QA and continuous improvement of systems and processes.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with ArcGIS products: Pro, Server, Portal, Dashboards, AppBuilder, GeoDatabase.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and query writing.
• Experience with SSRS, especially in report design and user interface.
• Proven experience working with large organizations and complex systems; team leadership or project management experience is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Active civilian security clearance – mandatory.
