Creative Strategist

ZyG is revolutionizing eCommerce with the first Agentic Operating System for eCom scale.

This end-to-end platform helps product inventors and entrepreneurs turn their products into successful Direct-to-Consumer businesses, addressing the three key challenges of eCom scale: poor product bets, lack of scale infrastructure, and the need for often-complex financing.

With a connected system of AI Agents built on a unified data infrastructure, the OS analyzes scale-market fit, replaces the fragmented tools, agencies, and manual workflows that typically power eCom growth, and offers the financing needed for DTC scale.

The Role

We're looking for a Creative Strategist to join a fast-moving performance creative team.

This is not a traditional marketing role.

You will be the sole creative owner of a brand we are scaling from $10K to 9 figures. Fast.

You will own the ideation, scripting, and briefing of paid ads, and you'll be expected to think about ads all day, every day and beyond that, how to grow this brand by any means necessary.

This is a ground-floor seat on a startup with serious growth ambitions.

If you're the kind of person who wants to point at something and say "I built that" this is your role.

What You'll Do

• Own the entire creative output of the brand end to end
• Research, ideate, and write high-converting ad scripts and creator briefs
• Analyze ad account data and translate performance into new creative angles
• Stay ahead of trends across TikTok, Instagram, and the broader organic feed
• Collaborate with editors, creators, and media buyers to bring concepts to life
  
  

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a DTC growth company with proven results
• Proven experience managing a creative team of editors, creators, and inhouse talent
• Strong copywriting instincts and experience in writing direct response creative
• Obsession with advertising, messaging, and what makes people stop scrolling
• AI fluency, you use Claude, ChatGPT, you probably have your own workflows
• A pulse on what's actually working in ad accounts right now
• Someone who thrives with ownership, moves fast, and wants to build something big
