We are looking for an exceptional CRM & Monetization Manager to join our core team and help us build the future of streaming. This is a high-impact role where you will be the bridge between data, product, and content. You will own the strategy for keeping our users engaged and maximizing their lifetime value through sophisticated CRM journeys and a dynamic in-app economy. As the first person in this role, you will have the unique opportunity to build the monetization and retention roadmap for a global product from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Lifecycle & CRM Strategy: Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end automated user journeys (Push, In-App, Email, SMS) based on smart audience segmentation to drive retention and maximize LTV.
- Monetization & Live Ops: Own the in-app economy, managing coin packages, subscription models, and rewarded ad placements while executing a "Live Ops" calendar of promotions and flash sales.
- Data & Experimentation: Manage a robust A/B testing framework and collaborate with analysts to continuously optimize pricing, communication timing, and overall ARPU.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Growth, and Content teams to identify high-potential genres and ensure CRM tools are data-rich and fully integrated.
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, Monetization, or Growth Marketing within mobile gaming or B2C app industries.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, CleverTap, Leanplum) and analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Strongly product-oriented with a keen eye for how CRM and monetization touchpoints impact the overall user experience.
- Excellent skills in presenting complex monetization insights and growth roadmaps to stakeholders.
- A "builder" mentality comfortable in high-growth environments where you set up processes from scratch.
- Direct experience with streaming platforms or digital media content delivery.
- Proven experience managing multiple, overlapping A/B tests on platforms with millions of users.
- Background in applying psychological principles to in-app economies and user retention.
- Proficiency in SQL to independently extract and analyze data.
