Role Description

We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Manager to help grow Playnance through influencer collaborations, affiliate partnerships, industry events, and strategic marketing initiatives.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building relationships, representing the company externally, and managing marketing initiatives from concept to execution.

Experience in gaming, entertainment, Web3, or related industries is a strong advantage.

AI tools are integrated into our daily workflows and operations .

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with influencers and content creators
• Develop and manage affiliate partnerships
• Identify, negotiate, and onboard new marketing partners
• Represent Playnance at international conferences, exhibitions, and industry events
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with internal teams
• Manage partnerships from initial outreach through ongoing collaboration
• Help expand Playnance's global marketing network
• Use AI tools to improve workflows and campaign execution

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional and confident presentation skills for representing the company at meetings and industry events
• Experience in gaming, Web3, entertainment or related industries is a strong advantage
• Excellent English (written and spoken)
• Additional languages are a strong advantage
• Fast execution, ownership mindset, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills
• High energy, ambition, and willingness to go all-in
• Interest in gaming, tech, social media, and Web3
• Familiarity with AI tools is a must
