Digital Customer Experience Manager

Comblack is hiring a Digital & Customer Experience Manager

Lead the future omnichannel customer experience, drive cross-organizational digital processes, and bring the organization’s design vision to life across complex digital products and customer journeys.

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design or characterization, including 4+ years in UX and complex user journey planning

• Proven experience managing high-budget campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Taboola and Outbrain

• Hands-on experience implementing cross-organizational workflows, managing technology projects and content in large organizations

• Strong knowledge of Adobe tools, website management, HTML, CSS and JavaScript

• Proven experience in Digital Transformation, Growth Strategy and Demand Generation, with excellent writing skills and creative thinking
