QA Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will perform deep and comprehensive manual testing on complex Core, Financial, and CRM systems. You will be responsible for writing high-quality testing documentation and executing integration testing across multiple core platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end (E2E) manual testing on complex financial core systems and CRM platforms.
• Write, review, and execute comprehensive QA documentation (STP, STD, STR) at a high level.
• Conduct integration testing across multiple interconnected systems simultaneously.
• Collaborate closely with internal IT teams, developers, and business stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• 1+/- year of proven experience in manual software testing of Core systems or complex CRM platforms – Mandatory.
• Proven experience testing Insurance or Financial systems (Policies, Claims, Pension, Credit, etc.) – Mandatory.
• Exceptional skills in writing testing documentation (STP, STD, STR).
• Strong hands-on experience with DB/SQL testing and integration testing across multiple systems.
