We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to be a part of an exciting and new project with a leading organization.

This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on Salesforce expert to lead the technical direction of the platform, mentor implementation teams, and drive scalable, enterprise-level solutions in a fast-growing organization.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• 3+ years in a Salesforce Technical Lead / Architect role.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce platform architecture and declarative configuration.
• Expert-level experience with Salesforce Flow.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, deployment tools, and release management.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and cross-functional teams.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator – Mandatory.
