Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, for an EASA Licensed Aircraft Engineer/Aircraft Technical Services Engineer (EASA Part-66 B1 or B2). The role involves performing and supervising scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs in accordance with EASA regulations and company procedures. The engineer will diagnose faults in aircraft systems, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure airworthiness and safety standards are consistently met. Responsibilities include reviewing technical documentation, maintaining accurate maintenance records, supporting type-specific engineering tasks, and liaising with operations and technical teams to minimize aircraft downtime. The role also requires contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, supporting compliance audits, and providing technical guidance to maintenance personnel.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in aircraft maintenance and hands-on experience working with operational aircraft.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and aeronautics, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
- Valid EASA Part-66 license (B1 or B2), with relevant type ratings on commonly operated aircraft considered a strong advantage.
- Experience working in an EASA-regulated environment and familiarity with safety, compliance, and quality standards.
- Ability to work on-site in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, including participation in shift work or flexible hours as operationally required.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in aeronautical engineering or a related field is preferred.
