Cytactic is looking for a Director of Product Marketing who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on creator - someone who shapes the narrative and then personally brings it to life. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves both the strategy and the craft of marketing.

You will own how Cytactic's product story is told: the positioning, the narratives, and the materials that bring them to life across channels. You'll work closely with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and leadership to translate what we build into messaging and materials that resonate with CISOs and security teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Cytactic's product messaging and positioning in the Cyber Incident Response Management (CIRM) space.
• Translate product releases and market shifts into crisp, compelling narratives for Sales, CS, analysts, and the market.
• Create and produce marketing materials hands-on - including video content - using AI tools and modern production workflows.
• Build and maintain persona- and product-level content tailored to CISOs and senior security buyers,as well as to security teams and incident responders. 
• Operationalize AI tools across content and go-to-market processes to produce high-quality output efficiently.
• Collaborate with Sales to activate messaging across the funnel and support pipeline.
• Collaborate with CS to develop materials that support customer onboarding and expansion.

Required Qualifications

• 5–7 years of marketing experience, with a meaningful portion in product marketing.
• Background in B2B cybersecurity - you understand the CISO mindset and enterprise buying cycles.
• Proven hands-on content creation skills, including video production.
• Deep, practical experience with AI tools - not just familiarity, but someone who has genuinely integrated them into their workflow.
• Creative thinker with a very strong visual sensibility and an eye for design.
• Ability to work independently, move fast, and produce high-quality output without a large supporting team.
