About the Position:

We are looking for a talented DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes & Terraform) to join our Backend Microservices team. The team develops an innovative Azure-based SaaS platform that enables the creation of AI agents and their integration with telephony and voice communication systems. Operating in a cloud-native environment built on Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and other modern cloud technologies, the team delivers large-scale, production-grade microservices solutions with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and performance. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and AI-driven technologies while helping shape and maintain a highly available platform used at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Work with DevOps and cloud infrastructure to ensure smooth delivery and operations.
• Manage, deploy, troubleshoot, and scale Kubernetes, Terraform, and Azure-based environments.
• Support both development and production environments.
• Help define, build, and deploy cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance and cloud costs across services and environments.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of services.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes tooling (manifests, pods lifecycle, kubectl)
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and cloud infrastructure to ensure smooth delivery and operations
• Knowledge of Helm charts
• Experience using AI-powered coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to enhance productivity and code quality.
• Cloud experience (Azure Preferred)
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Familiarity with Git and Linux environments
• 3+ years of backend development experience in Node.js (Nest.js preferred)

Nice To Have:

• Database experience (SQL and MongoDB)
• Experience with networking concepts (routing, NAT, TLS, proxies, DNS)
