Faculty Positions – Faculty of Technology

The position includes teaching, conducting research, and contributing to the growth of the new Faculty of Technology.

In the area of teaching, the faculty member will teach in the Faculty’s undergraduate departments, including, for example, Computer Science, Data Science, and Industrial Engineering and Management.

In the area of research, the faculty member is expected to publish in leading peer-reviewed journals, participate in scientific conferences, and take an active role in the activities of SASI – Sapir Applied Science Institute, the Faculty’s research institute.

In addition, the faculty member is expected to take an active part in the growth of the Faculty and contribute to joint initiatives and projects with the region.

• Ph.D. in a technological field – required
• Research achievements and publications in peer-reviewed journals – required
• Proven teaching experience in the Faculty’s core disciplines.
• Ability to develop courses and academic curricula.
• Initiative, academic leadership, personal responsibility, and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Commitment to the Faculty’s vision of advancing technology in the Western Negev.
