An opportunity to lead all the digital assets and activity — from strategy through hands-on execution. Turn a strong user experience into excellent conversion rates.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop the company website and lead customer-facing digital platforms.

Lead end-to-end digital projects — from requirements definition and specification through launch.

Manage digital product activity and define new solutions, processes, and user flows.

Take full responsibility for eCommerce activity and increasing conversion rates.

Improve user experience and digital customer journeys.

Manage content, SEO, and landing pages to improve organic performance and campaign results.

Analyze data, generate insights, and lead data-driven optimization processes.

Work closely with CRM systems, enterprise systems, and a variety of business stakeholders.

Full-time, non-hybrid position at the company headquarters’ in central Tel Aviv.

Requirements

3 years of experience managing websites or digital assets.

Experience leading digital projects and managing digital products; familiarity with AI tools is a significant advantage.

Experience working with WordPress.

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and additional measurement tools.

Strong understanding of SEO, user experience, and conversion-rate optimization.

Ability to lead processes, work with multiple stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
