Medical Specialist – Oncology | North–Central Israel

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a strong scientific background, capable of engaging in high-level scientific discussions, identifying strategic opportunities, and driving impactful initiatives with leading oncology experts.

Previous field-based experience working directly with physicians is required.

Territory: North–Central Israel

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the assigned territory and execute regional business plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Lead high-value, science-based clinical discussions.
• Drive initiatives to expand business growth and strengthen market activity within the territory.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences – required.
• Master's degree in Life Sciences – an advantage.
• Proven experience working with specialist physicians.
• Significant advantage for experience in Oncology and/or Hematology.
• Experience working with hospitals.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strategic thinking and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
