Implementation & Support Coordinator (Part-Time, Temporary)

We are looking for a talented Implementation & Technology Support Coordinator for a part-time, temporary role.

Role Overview:

This position focuses on leading the implementation, training, and ongoing support of technology systems (including supplier portals and supporting platforms) for diverse end users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end system implementation processes for internal teams and external users.
• Deliver training sessions tailored to different audiences.
• Develop training materials such as presentations, user guides, checklists, and short tutorials.
• Provide hands-on user support (phone or in-person) and guide users through issue resolution.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights with project and technology teams for continuous improvement.
• Support knowledge management efforts, including building help desk materials and knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams.

Requirements & Skills:

• High level of service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong learning agility and adaptability.
• Ability to understand complex systems and processes.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Experience in training or user support- advantage
• Familiarity with child development services- strong advantage
• Relevant studies in technology or a related field- advantage
