CAD/CAM Engineer –

About the Role

The Missile & Space Systems Division is seeking a CAD/CAM Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Specification, development of applications, and process optimization aimed at improving workflows and implementing technological solutions to enhance efficiency and improve design and/or manufacturing quality.
• Writing automation and system monitoring scripts.
• Responsibility for IT infrastructure, including architecture, system definition, maintenance, optimization, and upgrades, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Installation, maintenance, and support of Windows/Linux-based computing systems.
• Management and support of license servers.
• Application support for CAD/CAM development and production teams.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering – advantage.
• At least 2 years of software development experience in Python and Java, as well as .NET (C# / VB.NET) – mandatory.
• Experience providing technical support for issues involving software, hardware, and networks – mandatory.
• Experience in application and system-level support – mandatory.
• Tier 3 Support Engineer or higher – advantage.
• Experience writing scripts in Bash / PowerShell – advantage.
• High-level English (technical reading proficiency) – advantage.
• Experience supporting large-scale technological organizations – advantage.
• Experience working with Windows / Linux servers at system level – advantage.
• Experience in defining and implementing integration and data-flow processes between CAD/CAM systems and PDM/ERP systems – advantage.
• Experience in application support for CAD/CAM systems – advantage.
