One of the Big Five Tech Companies is looking for an Operations Writer / Content Writer!

Located in Tel Aviv.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering, internal operations, and the end-user.

Key Responsibilities:

•Produce High-Quality Documentation: Create comprehensive, user-friendly content, including help center articles, in-app guidance, SOPs, support agent troubleshooters, internal newsletters, and canned responses.

•Synthesize Complex Data: Analyze technical briefs, PRDs, and stakeholder notes (leveraging AI research assistants where applicable) to transform technical jargon into clear, actionable content.

•Tailor Content for Diverse Audiences: Seamlessly adapt your writing style, tone, and depth to suit different audiences, ranging from technical engineering teams and marketing personnel to everyday consumers.

•Collaborate Internationally: Partner closely with cross functional internal teams to identify documentation gaps, ensure total accuracy, and elevate the user experience.

•Leverage AI for Efficiency: Utilize cutting edge AI tools (such as Gemini, NotebookLM, etc.) to brainstorm, draft, structure, and scale content, while maintaining strict human oversight for brand voice, quality, and accuracy.

•Execute Under Tight Deadlines: Deliver highly polished, accurate content in a fast-moving environment while minimizing the need for subsequent revisions.

Requirements

•Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in technical writing, help center writing, product writing, customer support documentation, or operations writing within the high-tech sector.

•Native level English speaker with impeccable grammar, outstanding editing skills, and an uncompromising eye for detail.

•Technical Aptitude: Proven ability to quickly grasp sophisticated technical concepts and translate them into concise, accessible language for users with varying technical backgrounds.

•AI Tool Fluency: Hands-on experience using AI writing, research, or structuring tools in a professional capacity, alongside a strong curiosity to test and adopt emerging AI technologies.

•Agility & Drive: Exceptional flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively under pressure, and bring a proactive approach to problem-solving.
