Head of Systems Analysis Team | Jerusalem

A leading government organization in Jerusalem is seeking an experienced Head of Systems Analysis Team to join a large-scale technology environment. This role involves leading a team of Systems Analysts, defining and implementing organization-wide analysis methodologies, and driving the design of complex technological solutions.

Requirements

• :At least 6 years of experience in Systems Analysis within complex technology projects
• .At least 4 years of experience managing teams
• .Proven experience in developing and implementing cross-organizational methodologies for systems analysis and requirements definition
• .Experience analyzing complex systems in large organizations
• .Hands-on experience working in Agile methodologies, including Sprint planning, writing User Stories, and supporting Delivery processes
• .Experience defining and analyzing Microservices-based architectures
• .Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering Technician diploma, or another academic degree combined with a 300+ hour Information Systems course
• .Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork abilities, and excellent communication skills
